WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE MY APPOINTMENT?
We understand plans change - if you are unable to attend your appointment then please telephone us and we can book you in at an alternative time to suit. All no-shows to appointments without prior confirmation by telephone will be charged at the full rate.
DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACC CLAIM NUMBER?
No. We Are ACC providers, so can generate an ACC claim on your behalf if your injury meets ACC criteria.
What if I've already visited another physio on ACC?
No problems! As long as your ACC claim is still valid, you can receive treatments from the registered provider of your choice.
- DO YOU OFFER HOME VISITS?
If we believe that your rehabilitation will be assisted by conducting treatment in the home then we provide this as an option for customers in Beachlands and Maraetai.
do you offer massage therapy?
We're not here to rub you up the wrong way! While massage has its place, we are a rehabilitation facility driven by clinical best practice and almost all long-term solutions involve a combination of techniques that we will work through with you to ensure the best possible outcomes.
